I also know that since coming to Bell Mortgage in 1997, I am working for the best mortgage company in town.

One hundred percent of my business is by referral, which means I am working diligently for you! I appreciate each and every one of my clients and work with each of my clients to ensure they get the best mortgage for their life. After all, my hope is when my clients work with me; they will trust me with referring their family and friends for their home financing needs.

When I’m not working hard for you, I’m probably out enjoying the Arizona mountains or deserts with my wife, children and grandchildren by going camping, fishing, hiking and watching wildlife.

Our process is smooth and simple from start to finish:

  1. Talk with me. I will work with you to help you determine your financing options and answer all your questions.
  2. Apply Online. Complete your mortgage application at your convenience through our online application.
  3. Work together through final approval. From the time your application is received, I work with you to ensure you move through the process checkpoints to final approval.
  4. Closing on your loan. Prior to loan closing, I will review the Closing Disclosure, funds needed and documentation to bring to close with you. On closing day the final documents are signed at the title company and you receive the keys to your new home!
